Bobbie Cook
Owner

Out West Stallion Station and Performance Horses was established in May, 2002 initially as a training facility by owner Bobbie Cook.  The business has steadily grown and services expanded to include all facets of breeding and sales of quality reining horses. 

Bobbie lives in Carefree, AZ, and Park City, UT with her husband Dave.  They own a mortgage banking consulting firm, Superior Home Services, headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ.  They have 3 children, and 2 grandchildren.  Bobbie enjoys trail riding, attending major horse shows, and listening to jazz music.











Matt Mills
Resident Trainer

Born and raised in Long Beach, California, Matt began riding horses at an early age. He had a very successful career as a youth rider earning multiple championships.

After starting his own business in 2002, this talented trainer has earned many industry awards, including the 2005 NRBC Intermediate Open Championship, the 2005 Reining By The Bay Intermediate Open Derby Championship. Ori Ostrowsky

Assistant Trainer

Ori Ostrowsky was born in Rhode Island but grew up in Israel.  He began riding at 9 years old and has shown in pleasure, trail, showmanship, horsemanship and reining events.  He spent a few summers with Mike and Christy Berg in California. 

In July of 2003 Ori came to Arizona to work with Matt Mills.  His responsibilities include starting and riding the two-year olds.  Ori's hobbies include rock climbing and motocross racing.











Debbie Mills
General Manager

Matt's mother Debbie Mills oversees the business end of things at Out West Stallion Station.

She is integral in day to day operations, marketing, and records management. She also plays a major role in the breeding side of Out West.











G.R. Longworth, VMD
Attending Veterinarian

G. R. Longworth, VMD, is our attending veterinarian. He has been associated with Out West since our opening and is a wonderful vet, who is both caring and professional.

Dr. Longworth graduated in 1987 with a Bachelors Degree in Animal Science from Rutgers University. He received his
Veterinary Degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1992. Since graduation, Dr. Longworth’s veterinarian practice has had major emphasis on reproductive medicine and breeding programs. He has extensive experience in all forms of advanced reproductive procedures, including embryo transfers and frozen semen. Rachel Weese
Vet Assistant

Rachel Weese is Dr. Longworth's assistant.  She graduated from Arizona State University in 2003 with a BS in Agricultural Business.  Her hobbies are hunting and riding, and she is a valued member of the Out West Stallion Station Breeding operation.
