Sting N Color is a eye-catching paint stallion with a stellar pedigree and proven performance record. Trained and shown by Todd Bergen, Sting N Color was a Top Ten finalist at the 2003 National Reined Cowhorse Association Snaffle Bit Futurity, placing 7th overall in the finals.
He has since continued with winning results in the showpen. In 2004, this talented stallion was ridden by Peggy Pecora to First place in Jr. Reining and Jr Working Cow Horse at the March POR in CA. At the APHA World Show he was 7th in the Jr. Reining and 3rd in the Jr Working Cow Horse. In 2007, Sting N Color will be shown at the APHA World Show in Reining, Working Cowhorse, and Roping Classes. Outwest Stallion Station is proud to stand this outstanding athlete in 2007 as well. Sting N Color has a pedigree that loaded with cutting, cowhorse and reining legends. He is sired by Color Me Smart, APHA World Champion Senior Cutting Horse, one of Equi-Stat's All-Time Leading Cutting and Reined cowhorse Sires, the 1st Paint NCHA $1 million sire, siring earnings over $1,600,000. Sting N Color is out of Maria Sting, whose offspring to date have won in excess of $50,000. |
